Shipping in Hong Kong
We’ve got you covered with free shipping all over Hong Kong on orders over HKD 150. Place your order before 2 pm, and we'll get it out the door the same day, with most deliveries landing on your doorstep by the next day. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with tracking details.
Each Spriggo order ships straight from our Hong Kong facility. Orders are shipped primarily via SF Express. Just a heads up: once your package is marked as delivered, it’s officially out of our hands. If anything goes wrong, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@spriggo.co. We’re here to help!
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship locally in Hong Kong, but keep an eye out—we are growing and hope to be in your country soon!
Return and Refunds
We want you to love every bit of your Spriggo gear, and we stand by the quality of what we make. But sometimes, things don't go as planned, and if you end up with a defective or damaged item, we've got your back!
Here’s the scoop on our return policy:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your Spriggo product shows up with a flaw or a little battle scar, you've got 10 days from when it lands on your doorstep to let us know. Just shoot us a message at returns@spriggo.co with your order number, a quick note on what’s wrong, and a picture of the item. We’ll take a look and guide you through what happens next.
- Just a Heads-Up: We get it—sometimes you change your mind or the color didn't quite match your vibe. However, to keep our costs in check and continue offering our amazing products at great prices, we don’t accept returns for those who have a change of heart. So, please take a good look before you click "buy"! We also can’t accept returns on gift cards, so please keep that in mind when making your purchase.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want? Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, go ahead and make a separate purchase for the new item. Easy peasy!
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it might take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still haven’t seen the refund, please reach out to us at returns@spriggo.co and we’ll look into it for you.
